Welcome to PrimitiveWar.com. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PrimitiveWar.com, including its missions, assessments, scorecards, challenges, articles, emails, community features and other content and services (together, the Site).

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who operates PrimitiveWar.com

PrimitiveWar.com is owned and operated by Zoke Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15984127. Registered office: 82 Apollo Building, London E14 3TS, United Kingdom. Contact: hq@primitivewar.com.

2. Independent fan destination

PrimitiveWar.com is an independent, unofficial fan destination created for entertainment, community, informational and educational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, neither PrimitiveWar.com nor Zoke Ltd is the producer, distributor, studio, publisher or official representative of the Primitive War film or franchise, and the Site should not be understood as an official production or studio website.

References to Primitive War, characters, creatures, names, imagery, artwork, trademarks and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site is intended to imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation where none exists.

3. Entertainment and educational purposes only

The Site is intended to be fun. Missions, assessments, scores, profiles, classifications, survival probabilities, role assignments, dinosaur encounters, personality descriptions and other interactive results are provided solely for entertainment, recreational and educational purposes.

They are not scientific, psychological, medical, military, survival, legal, financial, professional or behavioural assessments or advice. No Site content should be relied upon as instructions for dealing with a real-world emergency, dangerous situation, animal encounter or other risk. Your result does not establish whether you could actually survive a dinosaur attack, military operation, hostile jungle, prehistoric encounter or any other dangerous situation. We strongly recommend not attempting to find out.

4. Missions, scores and results

Interactive missions may generate scores, classifications, profiles and personalised results based on answers you provide. These are produced using methodologies designed primarily for entertainment. There are no objectively correct personality, survival or role-profile results unless a mission expressly operates as a factual knowledge assessment.

Different answers may produce different results and repeat attempts may produce different outcomes. We do not warrant that any score, profile or result accurately reflects your personality, abilities, knowledge, likely behaviour or real-world capabilities.

5. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a general audience interested in Primitive War, dinosaurs, films, entertainment and related subjects. If you are under the age at which you can lawfully provide consent to processing of your personal information in your jurisdiction, you should submit personal information only with the involvement or permission of a parent or guardian where required. Particular competitions, promotions or features may have additional age requirements.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not use it to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights; gain unauthorised access to systems; introduce malicious code; interfere with Site security or operation; scrape or systematically extract Site content or user information without permission; impersonate another person; manipulate missions, competitions, scores or results using automated systems; submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate material; or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

7. User content and community features

Where the Site permits comments, submissions or other user-generated content, you remain responsible for what you submit. You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, deliberately misleading, privacy-invasive or rights-infringing content. We may moderate, refuse, hide or remove content where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users or third parties.

By submitting content for publication, you grant Zoke Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content for operating and promoting the Site, subject to applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

Except for third-party material, original content created for PrimitiveWar.com, including original written material, mission concepts, assessment structures, scoring systems, graphics, branding and promotional material, is owned by or licensed to Zoke Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and share Site pages and results for normal personal and social-media use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, commercially exploit or create a substantial derivative work from our original Site content without permission.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site may interact with or link to services operated by third parties, including assessment platforms, video platforms, social networks, analytics providers, email providers and other websites. Interactive missions may, for example, be delivered using ScoreApp. Third-party services are controlled by their respective operators and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the availability, security, content, accuracy or practices of third-party websites or services. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

10. Affiliate and referral relationships

Some links or services featured on PrimitiveWar.com may be referral or affiliate links. Zoke Ltd may receive a commission, referral payment or other benefit if you follow a link and subsequently register for or purchase a product or service. Where required, commercial or affiliate relationships will be identified appropriately. The existence of a referral arrangement does not increase the price you pay unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Competitions, challenges and promotions

Additional rules, eligibility requirements, closing dates and conditions may apply to challenges, giveaways, competitions or promotions. Where additional rules are provided, they form part of these Terms for that activity. Prizes have no cash alternative unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the Site accurate, entertaining and operational, but it is provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete or current information, continuing availability of missions or third-party services, or freedom from bugs or technical problems. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoke Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Site. The Site is provided primarily for recreational, informational and entertainment purposes, and you are responsible for how you choose to use or rely upon its content. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party websites, services, platforms or content outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

14. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the Site and information processed through it, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions when accessing websites and following external links.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Site develops, new services are introduced or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date.

16. Governing law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
